Magic of Traffic Terms

By registering for Magic of Traffic you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Magic of Traffic, you may only register for one Magic of Traffic account.

You may not promote Magic of Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Magic of Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Magic of Traffic account and possible legal action.

We are not a bank or Investment scheme, the money you spend at Magic of Traffic is for your advertising effort. Money Users spend in Magic of Traffic is non-refundable.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Magic of Traffic. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Magic of Traffic is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Magic of Traffic, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Magic of Traffic account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Magic of Traffic has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations. We collect your email address in order to: Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following: Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses. Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters. Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used. Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly. Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email or by sending a request to delete their account.

Payments, Refunds/Charge-back

All payments made for credits, upgrades and all other purchases made on Magic of Traffic are absolutely final and non refundable.

If you have a problem with regards to any aspect of your purchase contact admin and they will be able to provide you with an answer normally within 48 hours.

Refund requests will absolutely NOT be honored under any circumstances Any payment Charge backs and or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your account and will likely result in your details being submitted for central banning across all the LFM Platforms.

Strict action against cheaters

Anyone found using Bot softwares or many other means to cheat the system will be banned & all their earnings will be withheld.
Anyone trying to get Sign-ups from paid-to Sign up(PTSU) sites or paying any monetary incentive to join our site under them will be suspended & will lose all their earnings. One of the best way our members can get Sign-ups is by promoting their splash pages & referral links in other Traffic Exchanges.

Members can have only one a/c & should use their real name while registering, opening multiple a/cs with same or different names will result in suspension of your a/c.

To cancel or Delete Account

Anyone who wants to delete/cancel their a/c should contact us by sending a Support ticket.
Members found to be offensive in their interaction with us will be required to close all their
interactions with 'Magic of Traffic' and will banned from using our service.
